Who we are

“La Autóctona” was born with the aim of giving people the opportunity to have a unique experience of connection with nature in the mountains of Córdoba, where the majesty and immensity of the place is combined with the warmth and wonderful design of the cottages. We are in the Calamuchita Valley, which is located in the center of the province of Córdoba, 80 km southwest of the city of Córdoba. Within the Calamuchita Valley, you can find us in San Ignacio and Villa Yacanto, two places of incredible beauty and attractiveness for anyone who wants to enjoy days of tranquility and rest, as well as to practice different activities in natural surroundings, such as hiking, cycling trips, sport fishing, water sports, bird watching, horseback riding, or simply to relax on the banks of crystal-clear rivers in the company of friends and relatives. Also, you can visit nearby towns and cities that invite you to discover old corners of the province with great cultural richness, such as Amboy, or to savor typical foods or a nice cup of tea in environments surrounded by picturesque alpine-style buildings, such as Villa General Belgrano.
