We are in the neighborhood “Altos de la Riviera”, where you will be surrounded by a natural environment ideal to disconnect from the intense activity and daily stress of cities.
Since our philosophy is to protect the environment, the cottage is eco-sustainable, that is, it is powered with renewable energy and has a solar thermal collector to provide hot water. The cottage also has an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Besides, it has two decks: one in the front from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and another one in the back from where you can marvel at the colors of the sunset that form a beautiful show in the sky with the mountains as a backdrop.
We are just a few meters away from Río Tercero reservoir, where you can practice various water and sports activities. Not only this, we also offer a grill, a clay oven and a bar with stools where you can meet to join the person who will delight you with the delicacies that you will enjoy under a sunny sky or a starry night.
Within the neighborhood, we have an exclusive access to the river, where you will find a place with native trees, tables and benches to share moments of talks, fun and relaxation.

«Espinillo» cottage
We are in the neighborhood “El Sereno” where, as its name conveys, the first thing you feel when arriving at the place is that immeasurable peace and silence of which we slowly forget when we live immersed in the constant noise of big cities. In places like these, silence is undoubtedly the protagonist, along with the stunning and breathtaking views of the mountains Champaquí, Negro and Los Linderos.
The “Espinillo” cottage is powered by renewable energy, and has a solar thermal collector and a gas water heater, so hot water is provided on a permanent basis. It also has an equipped kitchen, a dining and living room, a bathroom and a bedroom, so it has the capacity to accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom is on the top floor, unlike “Chañar” and “Aguaribay” cottages, where it is located on the ground floor. Besides, it has a fireplace to enjoy a warm and comfortable atmosphere on cold winter days. Outside, it has a grill and a deck that surrounds the cottage, which is ideal for contemplating wonderful sunsets, whose sky is tinged with beautiful colors as the sun sets behind the mountains.
You can also enjoy the garden of the premises, as well as the streets of the neighborhood, which are ideal for going for a walk in the mornings or afternoons and connecting with the nature and the amazing landscapes of the place. The bedroom is on the top floor, unlike the “Espinillo” cottage, where it is located on the ground floor. Besides, it has a fireplace to enjoy a warm and comfortable atmosphere on cold winter days. Outside, it has a grill and a deck, which is ideal for contemplating wonderful sunsets, whose sky is tinged with beautiful colors as the sun sets behind the mountains.
